Our company was established by Jennifer and Tony Crane - a licensed attorney with ten years litigation experience (Jennifer), and a licensed contractor (Tony), who sought to combine their skills to form a truly unique property management company.

We care greatly about customer service - which we understand to mean service to both owners and tenants. Our motto, "caring for your home like our own", signifies the type of service we strive to provide.

As homeowners, we know the importance of maintaining your property's exterior and interior, but doing so cost-effectively. Our maintenance coordinator visits our properties and works directly with our owners to ensure that maintenance is done in a professional, timely and cost-effective manner. We have also been renters, and understand the importance of maintaining a certain level of privacy, and enjoying your rental as if it were your own home. We strive to treat all tenants with respect and consideration, with attention to their privacy.

We have taken special care to employ great people who understand the importance of customer service, and care about our owners and tenants. From our tenant relations liaison to our maintenance coordinator, our staff works hard to make sure our owners, tenants, and properties are well cared for.
