Thank you for visiting our website. We would like to tell you a little bit about ourselves, so that you can decide if we are the right "fit" for you.
We are a new property management company located in Ashland, Oregon. We opened our doors in June of 2006. My name is Jennifer Crane. I am an attorney, and the owner of Crane Property Management. For the past ten years I have been a litigation attorney, trying civil and commercial cases (including real estate, contract, and landlord-tenant disputes) in both federal and state courts. My legal background has enabled me to navigate Oregon's rental laws, and the courts, with great skill - a skill I plan to use for our clients. After ten years in the courts, however, it was time for a change, and property management was a natural fit.
I come from a family of property managers. My father was an owner of PAL Realty in Portland, Oregon, and has managed properties in Portland for many years. My brother also manages properties in Lake Tahoe. I have spent many years watching and learning from their experiences.
I am also married to and assisted by my husband, Tony Crane, who is a licensed contractor in Oregon. He grew up working all types of construction in Sun Valley, Idaho. He is now the owner of Tile Cat, a custom tile setting company. He has considerable knowledge of repair and maintenance of properties, as well as a great network of honest, hardworking contractors who may be called upon to perform services if necessary.

We hope to distinguish ourselves as a company that cares, first and foremost, about its clients and their properties - a company that is prompt, responsive, and efficient.
